LCN Ultra Shine is a high gloss, light-curing sealer with Easy White effect. Ultra Shine also contains UV protection for Color Gels, Nail Art and all kinds of colors. Especially recommended for the finish of French optics and for the protection and sealing of Color Gels and Permanent Nail Art.
