The Legacy of LCN in Canada continues….
In mid 1980, Inge Patton (formerly Hatheway) played an integral part in the launch of LCN products in Germany. In 1989 Inge introduced LCN to Canada bringing her boundless energy & expertise to our esthetic industry.
Inge’s development of training manuals for Nail Technicians & Educators quickly put LCN in a league of its own. Besides introducing LCN to North America, Inge also worked extensively with LCN Partners in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Until November 2008, Inge Patton along with her team of dedicated professionals operated a National distributorship and Education Centre in Edmonton Alberta.
Many of you understand firsthand the journey of mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs to successfully step into leadership roles & ultimately take over the business. The next generation has much to learn, but also has much to offer. It is the joining of the 2 generations that will ensure businesses longevity & greater success.
As of December 1, 2008 Inge’s eldest son, Wolf Hatheway took over the Western Canadian wholesale distribution for LCN serving distributors & schools in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. “There is no greater compliment than having your son interested in continuing the legacy of your business” says Inge.
“Wolf was brought up in the LCN culture; however he knew that that alone would not guarantee his success in taking over the family business. He graduated with honors from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2001. Since graduation Wolf has established and grown 2 successful businesses. I am confident Wolf’s journey has more than prepared him for his new position as President of LCN Canada.”
